Play Report: A Journey to Rhosgobel

Reader Francois Germain posted in the comments of A Journey to Rhosgobel that he was having trouble getting the deck to work, so I decided to record a turn by turn account so you could all get a feel for how the deck is supposed to work. It took me three tries to get a win (darn you Ungoliant’s Spawn!) but I would say that this turned out to be a pretty typical victory against A Journey to Rhosgobel with this deck. Enjoy!

  1. On turn 9, Aragorn couldn’t heal with the lembas because of the treetop bird-eater’s ability. It didn’t seem to matter in the end, but I thought you might like to know. This was a really interesting article.
